We are a new Day Treatment Agency serving the state of Arizona. Our opening date was Monday, September 14, 2009.
We will be open from 8am to 5pm Mondays through Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday.
Some services are available outside of these hours by appointment.
The services we currently offer are: Attended care, Habilitation, Respite care, After school program, Transportation and Summer Program.
